Mary Jo Kilroy, Franklin County Commissioner and candidate for Congress in Ohio's 15th Congressional District, will be joined by Congressman Rahm Emanuel, Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, this Monday in an event to unveil Mary Jo's new plan to reduce gas prices. The event will be held at The Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research, one of the most cutting edge research centers dedicated to clean automotive fuel technologies in America.
